How do I return my order?

1.  Please include a copy of the pack note in the box with your order.  If you do not have this, please include a copy of the order confirmation email that we sent you.  This is very important so we know who to refund.

2.  Pack up your return.

3.  Take it to your choice of shipping companies.  We recommend one that will provide you a tracking number.  You will pay the return shipping fees.

4.  Ship your box to the address on your pack note:

5.  Refunds can take up to two weeks after your package is delivered to our Return Center.  You will receive an email when your credit is complete. 

If that time has passed and you have not received your credit, please email [email protected] with your tracking number and original order number to check on the status.
